The 20th Hooked on Fishing, Not on Drugs is Saturday, June 7th at Cave Lake Event Park on Hwy. 90. It is free to all Wayne County kids ages 3-high school. All kids receive a free t-shirt and a prize. Trophies will be awarded. Register at least 30 minutes before these fishing times: ages 3-6, 9pm; ages 7-12, 10:40-11:30pm; ages 13-high school and adults 12-1pm. Adults pay a $10 fee to fish. Everyone receives a take-out meal. Bring your own fishing pole, bait, drinking water and chair. Organized by Wayne County Operation UNITE /Defensive Action Against Drugs and other community partners.
