SOMERSET, Ky. (Dec. 9, 2024) – The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet (KYTC) reminds everyone of a public informational meeting scheduled for the proposed realignment of KY 92 in downtown Monticello. The meeting will take place on Thursday, December 12, at the Aspire Center, located at 90 Airport Road Monticello, KY 42633.
The proposed project involves the realigning of KY 92 in downtown Monticello and constructing a new roundabout. The purpose of this project is to improve safety and mobility.
The meeting will be open-house style, allowing attendees to drop in at their convenience any time between 3:30 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. KYTC representatives and project consultants will be on hand to provide information, answer questions, and discuss project details. A brief presentation of the project will be given every 15 minutes. Additionally, project displays will be available for review, and attendees will be able to share their comments and feedback.
