Russell Howard Fulton, age 64, husband of Joann Fulton, passed away Tuesday, March 25, 2025, at Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by:
1 daughter, Jennifer Caudill (Christopher)
5 brothers, Thomas, Duke, Todd, Ricky, and Danny Fulton
4 sisters, Betty Ferrill, Merry Ramsey, Barbara Hall, and Linda Stringer
6 grandchildren, Andrew Fulton, Matthew Hall (Taylor), Hayden Ball (Jolanne), Haliey Vaughn, Isaiah Lopez, and Noah Hunt
2 great grandchildren, Hadley Ball and Abel Hall
The family will receive friends on Monday, March 31, 2025, between 5 pm – 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, April 1, 2025, at 11 am at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Stop Cemetery.
