He is survived by his parents, Cecil & Shirley (Bell) Crabtree, wife, Amanda Bryant Crabtree, whom he wed on, Friday, October 13, 2006, children, Megan Crabtree, Nicole Crabtree, and April Crabtree, siblings, Ruth (Crabtree) Jones, and Chris (& Shiana) Crabtree, several nieces & nephews, 3 great-nieces, 1 great-great-nephew, and 1 on the way.
The funeral service will be conducted on Monday, May 12, 2025, at 2:00 P.M. E.S.T. in the Memory Chapel of the New’s Monticello Funeral Home with Bro. Dewey Dunagan, and Bro. Jimmy Dishman officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday, May 11, 2025, beginning at 5:00 P.M. E.S.T., and again on Monday morning beginning at 7:00 A.M. Burial will be in the Crabtree Cemetery in Wayne County, Kentucky. In lieu of flowers, contributions appreciated to the Ricky Crabtree Memorial Fund c/o New’s Monticello Funeral Home.
