In addition to his parents, he is survived by: one sister, Lakelee Mae Wesley; Paw Paw & Gigi Ronnie & Tiffany Dishman; Papaw, Timothy Ray Wesley; Grami and Grampi, Crystal and Chris Lewellen; Nana and Poppy, Sherry & Darrell Smith; Poppy and Granny, Bill & Cathy Dishman; paternal grandfather, Stephen Michael New; paternal great-great grandfather, Norman Ray Wesley; paternal great-great grandpa and grandma, James Edward Brown and Brenda Carolyn Brown; and maternal great grandfather, Rodney Wayne Turpin.
He is also survived by: aunts and uncles, Preston Allen Coffey, Octavia Anderson, Temperance Anderson, Jaxson Anderson, Josh Howard Dishman, Macy Lynn Dishman, Hunter Ray Dishman, Colton Wade Dishman, and Connor Joe Dishman; great aunts and uncles, Nicole and Travis Dishman; and cousins, Lilly, Ethan, Walker, Trevor and Sierra; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.
He was preceded in death by: maternal great grandmother, Nolar Elizabeth Turpin; maternal great-great grandparents, Howard and Mary; and maternal great-great grandparents, Hollis and Irene Adkins.
Rowen will be missed by everyone who knew him.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, November 15, 2025, between 5 pm – 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Sunday, November 16, 2025, at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Chestnut Grove Cemetery.
