Dennis Lee Dainack, age 81, husband of Lois Dainack, passed away Saturday, August 9, 2025, at VA Medical Center in Lexington.
In addition to his wife, He is survived by: his wife of 49 years, Lois Dainack; his children, Christine Herrall (Mark), Scott Andrew Dainack, Laura Goura (Martin), and Todd Allen Dainack; his brothers, Steve Dainack (Denise), Roger Dainack (Mary), and Bruce Dainack; 6 grandchildren; and 13 great grandchildren; along with a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.
The family will receive friends on Saturday, August 16, 2025, between 11 am – 1 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, August 16, 2025, at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be on Monday, August 18, 2025, at 12:30 pm at the Mill Springs National Cemetery. Military honors will be provided by our local DAV Chapter 105.
