Dr. William “Billy” Garnett Breeding passed away on Tuesday, May 27 in Lexington, Kentucky at the age of 74.
Billy is survived by his wife Sue, daughter Mary Garnett Zollner (Chris), son William Harris Breeding (Taylor), grandchildren Mason Zollner, Reagan Judd, William “Liam” Harris Breeding II and Lucy Harper Breeding, brother Dr. Robert Martin Breeding, and other extended family members.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, June 3, 2025, from 10 AM – 2 PM at First Christian Church in Monticello, KY. Funeral services will follow at First Christian Church at 2 PM . Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
