He is survived by his loving wife, Diane, and his mother Sandra Cushman-Burr (Richard). He also leaves behind his sister, Judy Cushman, affectionately known as “Ed’s sister,” who shared in his journey and memories. His extended family includes his aunt, Susan Martin; uncle, Bill Taylor; several cousins; brothers-in-law Ronald (Jackky), Robert (Carmella), Richard (Dawn), and Donald (Jessica) Lussier; his sister-in-law Susan Lussier, and many nieces and nephews. They, along with a host of family and friends, will profoundly feel the loss of Ed’s presence and mourn his passing.
The family will receive friends on Monday, April 13, 2026, between 10 am – 12 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Memorial services will be held Monday, April 13, 2026, at 12 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel.
