Gloria Ann Watson, wife of Boyd “Curly” Watson, passed away Friday, July 18, 2025, at her home.
In addition to her husband, one daughter, Iris Nicole “Nikki” Lewis; six grandchildren, Whitney Allen (Isaac), Jessica Maybrier (Jakob), Victoria New (Adam), Phoebe Dean, Addelyn Dean, and Jacelyn Dean; and four great grandchildren, Jetsen Maybrier, Jaxtyn Maybrier, Jaklyn Maybrier, and Elijah Allen. She is also survived by: two brothers, Jack Wilson and David Wilson (Stephanie); and two sisters, Irene Turner and Mary Bell; along with numerous cousins, nieces and nephews, and a host of family and friends who mourn her passing.
The family will receive friends on Tuesday, July 22, 2025, between 11 am – 1 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 22, 2025, at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.
