He is survived by his wife, Sandra Franklin Troxell, his son, Kyle Douglas Troxell, and his special fur baby, Snickers 
. He is also survived by his sister, Donna Troxell Perdue, several nieces and nephews, and a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, June 25, 2025, between 5 pm – 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Thursday, June 26, 2025, at 11 am at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Stop Cemetery.
