Carol Dean (Williams) Burchett of Albany, Kentucky, passed away on Sunday, October 26, 2025, at her residence in Clinton County, Kentucky, having attained the age of 71 years, 9 months and 6 days. She was born in Clinton County, Kentucky, on Wednesday, January 20, 1954, the daughter of Gordon & Lila (Lewis) Williams. She was well known in the community and was of the Christian faith. She was employed for many years at City Mart in Albany, Kentucky, and with the Clinton County Board of Education as a cook. She especially enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren and spending time at yard sales.
The funeral service will be conducted on Wednesday, October 29, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. in the Memory Chapel of Campbell- New Funeral Home with Bro. Johnny Davis officiating. The family will receive friends on Wednesday, October 29, 2025 starting at 10:00 a.m. until the funeral hour. In lieu of flowers contributions appreciated to the Carol Burchett memorial fund c/o Campbell- New Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Lands Chapel Cemetery in Albany, Kentucky.
