She is survived by one sister, Kathy Daffron; honorary son, Calvin Godsey (Patience); and honorary grandkids, Byron, Trinity, Heavenleigh, King, Rico, Call, Andi, and Gracie; numerous other family, nieces, and nephews.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, January 21, 2026, between 12 pm – 2 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, January 21, 2026, at 2 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery.
The family has requested that in lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy take the form of donations to: Cynthia Poore Memorial Fund, c/o Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home.
