Doris Louise Tucker was born on May 28, 1940, in Alpha, Kentucky, to the late Henry and Woody (Burris) Guffey. She departed this life on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at the age of 85.
She is survived by her sisters, Betty Rains, Gladys (Ralph) Story, and Elsie Hicks; Sisters-in-law, Joann Guffey and Irene Guffey, along with many other family members and friends who mourn her passing.
The family will receive friends on Friday, May 15, 2026, from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at 11:00 AM at the Hickey Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Old Bethel Church Cemetery
