Frances Jewel “Frankie” Hoskins, age 69, of Monticello, passed away Thursday, April 16, 2026, at her home.
She is survived by, her children, Rhonda Ford (husband, Daniel), Adam Hoskins (wife, Elaine), Holly Mansfield (husband, Gene), and Tim Hoskins (wife, Ann); 11 grandchildren: Heather Azbill (husband, Josh), Morgan Mansfield, Haley Hoskins (Zack Cogdill), Daniel Hoskins (wife, Sierra), Charles Ford, Nathan Mansfield, Connar Hoskins, Addisyn Sweet, Siarra Hoskins, Kevin Hoskins, Sheyane Bingham; six great-grandchildren, Oliver & Weston Hoskins, Josh & Emma Lawson, and Emily & Adyn Brummett; sister-in-law, Shirley Daniels; along with a host of nieces, nephews, family, and friends.
The family will receive friends on Monday, April 20, 2026, between 10 am and 1 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 20, 2026, at 1 pm at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Davis Chapel Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may take the form of donations to the Frances Hoskins Memorial Fund, c/o Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home.
